Dr. Oron Yacoby Zeevi

Dr. Yacoby Zeevi has more than 20 years of extensive scientific experience with both private and publicly listed companies in the biopharmaceutical industry.

She joined Neuroderm (formerly Nasdaq: NDRM), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing next-generation treatments for central nervous system (CNS) disorders in 2008 as the Vice President of Research and was promoted to the position of VP R&D in 2010. From October 2016 until her departure January 2018, she served as Chief Scientific Officer. Neuroderm was sold to Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma for US $1.1 billion on July 2017.

Dr. Yacoby Zeevi is the inventor of over 50 issued patents and pending patent applications. Her expertise lies in industry-oriented innovation and scientific research, accelerating and orchestrating the evolution of new ideas through R&D proof of concept, intellectual property development, chemistry and manufacturing controls (CMC), early efficacy and safety trials, regulatory affairs and market landscape mapping in fields of unmet medical needs. She earned her Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from Ben Gurion University in Be’er Sheva, Israel and holds a degree of Doctor in Veterinary Medicine from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prof. Amir Yacoby

Amir Yacoby is a Professor of Physics at Harvard University.

He is also a Professor of Applied Physics at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University and a visiting Professor at Brookhaven National Labs. Following a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from the Technion and a master’s degree in theoretical physics, professor Yacoby turned to experimental condensed matter physics. He received his PhD in 1994 from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel and joined its faculty in 1998.

In 2006 Professor Yacoby joined Harvard University. Professor Yacoby is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and a fellow of the American Physical Society. His current interests are in understanding the behavior of low-dimensional systems and their applications to quantum information technology. His research topics include: Quantum computing; Quantum metrology; High precision sensing and imaging; and Quantum Materials.

Roi Zeevi

Roi Zeevi is an entrepreneur and investor. His portfolio is broad spanning high-tech, bio-tech and in real-estate enterprises.

In 2014, realizing there is both a market and demand from young investor to take part in world-wide capital investments, Roi established Solan. While traditionally, investments require large sums, Solan enables young investors to participate in lucrative enterprises. Today, Solan is involved in dozens of major projects around the world including real estate holdings in USA and Europe.

Roi Served 10 years as an officer in the Israeli Air-Force, performing several classified roles.

As a young adult, Roi won the Israeli championship both in mountain and road biking and represented Israel in the Olympic games for youth in Belgrade 2007.
